Meet the Toytle Family!
Patrick, Jonna, Ishmael & Asher Elkins – Patrick and Jonna have always wanted to teach their children a sense of responsibility, and empower them to not only set goals, but find creative ways of achieving them. That’s where Toytle came in. Their sons Ishmael & Asher mainly generated income on two occasions: Christmas, and their birthdays. However, waiting around for these special occasions just didn’t cut it to build up the money they needed. Especially when they had their hearts set on new, big-ticket items. Since the ways to make money around the house were scarce, and they were too young to get a job, they needed a new and innovative way to help them make money.
As a family, they put their heads together, and this is when they decided to collaborate to start a business that could empower kids (including themselves) to activate their resources (like selling the toys they no longer use) in order to proactively pursue their goals. That’s why they created Totyle!
